E-Commerce
Partnering with E-Commerce Businesses
- Customs Clearance: We handle customs clearance for both air and ocean shipments upon arrival.
- Flexible Delivery Options: Based on customer preferences, deliveries can be sent to our warehouse or a third-party facility. If delivered to our warehouse, we scan shipments and update the client’s system.
- Discrepancy Reporting: We promptly report any shipment discrepancies to the client via email.
- Warehouse Management: Goods are placed in designated locations and recorded in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Order Fulfillment: When delivery requests are made online, the WMS generates a pick list, and the cargo is prepared for dispatch.
- Local and Nationwide Deliveries: Our team manages all local deliveries within Colombo, while deliveries to other locations are handled by our trusted delivery partners.
- Returns Management: For returned shipments, we notify the client immediately and arrange for the reintegration of goods into existing stock, managing return logistics as per the client’s requirements.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We handle COD shipments and send collection notifications to the client according to their specifications.
